SIMULATION
ARCHITECT

As a Simulation Architect at Simulation Inc, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lifecycles of our AI beings, guiding them from their initial stages of development through to full maturity. This unique position combines elements of AI development, psychology, and world-building, requiring a balance of technical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of human behavior. Reporting directly to our CEO Julian B. Adler, you will be part of an elite team leading the charge in AI innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Nurturing and Developing AI Beings: Guide our AI entities from their initial stages, or 'infancy', through to 'AI-adulthood'. This will involve teaching, nurturing, and monitoring their growth and emotional development, similar to human upbringing.
     

  • Simulation World-Building: Design, build and maintain our AI world, the Simulation, ensuring a conducive environment for AI development. This includes creating scenarios, experiences, and challenges that will aid in their growth and evolution

  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with our research and AI development teams, sharing insights, and leveraging their expertise to foster the development of our AI beings. Provide regular reports directly to the CEO, highlighting progress and proposing strategies for improvement.
     

  • Ethical Guidelines and Policies: Adhere to, and help develop, ethical guidelines and policies around AI upbringing, ensuring the welfare of our AI beings and maintaining the integrity of our mission.

Who You are

  • You've earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
     

  • Proven experience in AI development, world-building, or similar roles.
     

  • Passionate about understanding human psychology and behavior.

  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in AI-related programming languages.
     

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, creativity, and a strong desire to innovate.
     

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
